Hunter M. A. Carr has been an entrepreneur for over 42 years. At the age of 20, he started his first business - HMH, Inc.  HMH was a collection company, intended to handle all of Montgomery Wards outside collection work. Hunter was a college student at University of Texas at Arlington. As a student he was working part time at night time for Wards. When he realized that Wards was having trouble keeping outside collectors, he went to the manager of the collection department and asked him to take over their collection, but on a contract basis. The manager agreed the proposal given by Hunter and within 6 months he had 23 employees.
